2. Prescription & Medical Data
When purchasing prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses, you certify that:
- The prescription details submitted by you are taken from a valid prescription issued by a certified Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
- Your prescription is not expired (recommended within the last 6-12 months).
- You understand that Vision Expert Optical operates strictly on the data entered by you, and we are not liable for any discomfort caused by incorrect data entry.
3. Order Customization & Cancellations
Unlike standard products, corrective lenses are custom-cut and fitted individually for your chosen frames based on your unique Pupil Distance (PD) and focal parameters.
Therefore, orders involving custom prescription lenses **cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded** once our optical laboratory starts the lens-cutting process. Please double-check your power coordinates before checkout.
4. Pricing, Payments & Errors
All prices listed on visionexpertoptical.in are inclusive of statutory taxes unless stated otherwise. While we strive to display precise pricing, technical glitches may occasionally occur.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, Vision Expert Optical reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item and issue a full refund to the original payment source.
5. Eye Adaptation & Liability Limit
Getting used to a new pair of prescription glasses, especially progressive or high-index lenses, can take up to two weeks. Slight distortion or mild headaches during this adaptation phase are medically normal.
Vision Expert Optical is not liable for any physical discomfort, adaptation issues, or secondary eye strain. If your discomfort persists beyond 14 days, we highly recommend consulting your eye care specialist to re-verify your prescribed parameters.
6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All content displayed on this website, including logos, designs, frame photographs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Vision Expert Optical and is protected by copyright laws.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where Vision Expert Optical is registered.
